The second bootleg is an upscaled version of the Core Class Optimus from the Bumblebee movie toy line.

That last one looked a lot like it was a heavily retooled version of the core class optimus with the way literally everything worked. Its almost uncanny how much knock-off companies will do to make their knock-offs feel like different toys.

Bootleg or KO products aren't illegal. They might, under civil law, infringe on copyright (or related/similar legal issues) but this needs to be proven first, which largely depends upon which design aspects of any product and/or intellectual property are legally protected. However, "counterfeit" products are illegal due to the product being seen as confusing customers into believing they've bought the real, genuine product.

The cocoa team was not based on bayverse design, only the head sculpt was, the body was based on the BB movie because the little toy had the exact same body as this bootleg one
