Even if I didn't fully agree with your points in the vid. The main concern for me is the fact that the concerto regen only happens after liberation, not skill. That to me is a huge negative and makes Variation more practical. For this reason, I decided to just pull pon Xiangli's weapon banner and luckily got it within 41 pity. Still have enough to do 50 pulls when shore keeper drops. I have plenty of time anyway. I already have 18 pity on featured banner so I'll definitely have enough for 50/50. There's still a chance that shore keeper's weapon might be changed to skill instead in order to make people want to pull it more. If that ends up happening, I'd rather go for the weapon than shore keeper herself lol. There's no doubt that shore keeper is broken. But the thing is Baizhi and Verina are more than enough for TOA at the moment. Once my S1 Verina reaches S2, it's gg. I don't think shorekeeper will be able to compete.Verina is just too damn fast. If the weapon does end up getting what I want, the weapon + s2 verina will be too op.

This weapon is really good for Shorekeeper! It gives you so much ER that you can focus on more healing if you want with 44111 all HP% main stat and ER as sub stats. Or go for 43311 in a dmg build and you not lose on the buffing potential. For me it’s a must pull!!

At first i was gonna pull the weapon specifically for verina and shorekeeper due to attack buff. Having extra increase of attack buff will make my dps even more deadly.

However, its lock behind skill that heals. So verina is out of question. It makes it so bad once verina is not able to make half use of the weapon. If they remove the skill that heals and make it more universal. By using skill alone. It would have been a good weapon for healer. They need to add that extra line making it useless on verina. I'll skip the weapon.

In short, why waste extra on weapon that doesn't apply on all healers. Shorekeeper just need 250% of ER. so as long as you meet the requirement, she is useful. The additional 14% attack buff is good and all but its between shorekeeper and baizhi. So is it really worth it? We want verina on most of our team, having that extra boost would be useful however it locks being that line. That line is the issue that is gonna not sell that weapon.

I miss stringmaster so better get that then this weapon that is lock from verina.

Your opinion on Shorekeeper is actual dogshit but yeah the weapon is not that great at r1. Only she can use it properly because the damage buff activates on res skills that heal so Verina can't activate it.

Meanwhile you are trading 8 concerto regen for 20+ish ER ... . You can easily reach 250 ER with 60 ER from 3 star echos, 50 from variation, couple or ER rolls and the new 4 star echo 10 ER should easily get you the last remaining 40%.

Ngl, seems like a massive L take to me. Shorekeeper in general is the strogest buffer in the game - giving literally everything, atk, dmg, crit rate and crit dmg, and can heal as a bonus. She is basically Verina, but better in all of the important things.
Her weapon actually is in the league of it's own. It is the only weapon in the entire game who gives anything at all to other characters. A pinnacle of being a support. It doesn't matter what stats other 5* weapons give, cos they are useless outside an actual character using them. So, to even compare it to other weapons is already a bad take. % is low because it's obvious it'll break the game otherwise.
I already have my chars built so i don't need buffs is another terrible take. In general - getting a powerfull support is the best thing that can happen to an account of any power. Godsent to underpowed Rovers, and still amazing to the veterans. More buffs is always good. The only stat that have a viable cap is crit chance. In the latest leaks Shorekeeper gives 10% crit chance and 20% crit dmg. 34% attack with sig and 15% all dmg deepen. Really amazing stats - 10% chance is noticeable but not too much to overflow 100%. Other buffs can go to infinity. And yes - the main strong point is not only the power of the buffs itself. It's also the ability to rebalance your stats to boost your power even further beyond. Swap 4 cost echo or maybe even a weapon on main dd.
So, to summarize - Shorekeeper will be a cornerstone of teambuilding from her release onwards, just like Verina is now. She will be an instapick in basically any team imaginable in turms of overall value, and allow much more people that current 25% to take 30 stars in ToA every time.
And she is not a little girl, so the mommy dream team is finaly within reach as a Cherry on Top.
