1. No proper product development cycle and work structure.
2. Won't provide you much training.
3. Lot of work load without proper time management.
If you are a fresher try avoiding such startups instead first join a company where you can learn industry code ethics and follow project management cycle. This will make your work efficient. Although if a startup is following all of these you can join it.
