I got the anniversary t-shirt. I may have to fork out for the finishers one as well now 🙄

Strange situation with Berlin, giving out finishers shirts before the race, and seeing people running in them. Maybe extra incentive to push on to the finish, I suppose 🤔

Very interested in the Yorkshire video, its on my list! Well done at berlin considering the niggles. I managed 3:32 but couldn't run it, too crowded. Was in block D, couldn't get on pace for the first 8 as people everywhere and out of position so got stressed weaving all over the place. Tried to pull it back from 8 to 22, went too hard, blew up and jogged the last 4. So for me, an ordinary club runner it was a fantastic experience, great bling but not runnable if chasing a time. I've dublin in a few weeks so hopefully break 3:30 there and build from that, feeling fresh. Love the content, keep it going!

Ran a marathon last Sunday.
Was pretty fresh afterwards. I could have run again on Tuesday. But my back “did me a favor”, as you called it, and I had to wait. First run on Friday, 12k. Probably gonna run another 12-24k today.
Next marathon in 3 weeks time.

For previous marathons I started running again on Thursdays.
