Can't believe this has had so many views!!! You literally broke the zip at the top. That is not how you fix it!!

I think it's a wrong solution. The next video I saw had solutions for various problems. Instead of cutting of the zipper stop at the top, the stop was bent out of the way. The other video (in a different problem) also showed the stop being sewed back on after it needed to be removed. This video seemed to show the top sides being sewn together with a little gap in between; if so, a very poor solution.
