Staying in Pest is generally bad advice in my opinion, Buda also has a lot of good options for dining, drinking or just to have a fine time! My personal recommendation for these things would be the 11. District, by far one of the safest, if not the safest district in the city!

What about Buda Castle? There are museum, galleries, baths, and pretty neighbourhoods. You'd miss out on those if you stayed only in Pest.

It’s a beautiful place and even if you visit it for only once in your life, guarantee that it will be a trip you will remember for life ! You will absolutely fall in love with everything 😍

In my experience, you'll get a better deal when you use foreign cash in some places. Cash like euros, dollars, and pounds. They offered us 10% discount.
