HOW TO FIX:
Go to settings
Go to system storage
Go to saved data
Click on Minecraft
Delete first two saved datas
Go back on Minecraft
Sign in to Microsoft account
Enter the code
(This part is important)
WHEN IT SAYS YOU ARE SIGNED IN ON YOUR DEVICE DON’T CLICK OFF OF THE POP-UP ON YOUR PS4 SCREEN, THAT UNDOES IT AND MESSES IT UP, AT ONE POINT IT WILL TELL YOU YOU’RE LOGGED IN.

Edit: I don’t have all the information, I didn’t run into any complications during this process so I don’t know how I could help you. But I will try my best, I hope you understand!

Edit: I’m sorry that I can’t reply to all the comments so i’ll try to help right now, i’m not sure it deletes worlds unless you don’t only delete the two saved datas, i couldn’t change the name, don’t delete minecraft, that doesn’t work, and have a nice day!

Edit: If you ask for help at this point I forget, but all i can say is it will delete new progress, i dont know how long it takes to load, it took me about 5 minutes, and i cannot respond to everyone. thank you for blowing up this comment though!

Mine says "Oops! Looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft account, (Username).
But i've only had one microsoft account...
