Tip: if you want to count days in bedrock, you can use Foxy no tails marker pack.
You have to give a armor stand a banner of any color and make it pose. On its 5th or 6th pose it will show the day and other useful stuff along the way.
It is a vanilla add-on. So you don't have to turn on experiments or any of that stuff.
Will be looking forward to that wither fight.

Quick tip u might not need, but if u get protection 4 on all you're armor instead of different protections for each piece it will give u the max amount of protection for overall damage but if u wanna max resistance against let's say fire, then u have one piece with fire protection. I usually have gold boots with fire protection on them for the nether. Also I definitely want a 200 days, I can never find people who do 100 days in bedrock

I recommend you put a glass pane on the spawner. because when you put a glass pane on top a spider spawner, (or any spawner) you get a 0.8x boost which isn’t a lot but it does make it at full speed

I love when MC content creators are willing to try the other version (be it Java for Bedrock players or vice versa). One thing I love on Bedrock that Java sadly doesn't have is the Trident Killer for farms. It just makes mob farms so much easier and allows you to apply looting 3 to any kills even when afk as the trident counts as a player kill so just hold the sword. That and arrow dipping in the cauldron to make tipped arrows are like the coolest thing and I wish Java had them for the crossplay SMP's lol.

I would love for Bedrock to get Sweeping Edge though. That and building on the nether roof are legit like the biggest things I miss on Bedrock, but off hand utility would be amazing too.

Tip: Clay spawns very frequently in lush caves and you can trade it to stone masons to get emeralds

I have some tips for you man:
First make a sheild it will reduce your closecalls counter alot.
Second enchant all four peices of your armor with protection 4 without other protection types(fire or blast etc...)
This will grant you so much more protection than your current enchantments.
Third: in case you want extra protection from a specific danger type like fire for example proceed to enchant 3 peices of your armor with protection 4 only and chose only one peice for fire protection this will grant you far more protection against fire and decent protection against other stuff
Apllying these would have made your dragon fight way way easier

If you ever do bedrock again and want to transport villagers up a hill for example, you can leash both boats, stack up a few blocks and a couple backwards (the direction you wanna go) and jump upwards and backwards the boat will fly up the hill a couple of blocks. Hope this helped!
