quick question as calcharos ult is his bread and butter why is everyone using tempest mephis instead os thundering mephis as his transform and 4 cost echo? i mean in his ult his basic atks transform to hounds roar that deal basic atk dmg and his dodgecounter deals liberation dmg all he does that deals heavy atk dmg is his cruelty he gets after 3 e´s that you use once that increases his liberation dmg again and his killing intend he gets once after 5 basic atk in his ult. wouldnt it be better to use thundering mephis that increases ele dmg and liberation dmg by 12% instead of tempest that increases heavy atk dmg and ele dmg by 12%? also the standard banner 2h sword is ether a translation, description or programming error it says you get liberation dmg up to 2 stacks but it goes up to 3 so its 21% liberation dmg on max.
