Chinese Dumplings, Ravioli or Potstickers...What are they?
In this video I make my homemade Chinese Dumplings, Ravioli or Potstickers what do you call them? My easy to make Chicken dumplings or Beef Chinese ravioli or Potstickers can be air fried or sauteed in a pan. The air fried potstickers have an awesome crunch while the pan seared and steamed chinese peking style ravioli have a shine glaze and soft texture. Potstickers are great as a snack, appetizer or a side dish you can make with stir fry vegetables or pan seared noodles. Take your pick you will love them in any style. I have listed the ingredients below.

Ingredients:
1/3 lb. Ground Beef
1 Chicken Thigh (Skinless & Boneless)
24 Wonton Wrappers
2 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2-3 Tbsp Cabbage (Chopped)
2-3 Tbsp. Carrots (Chopped)
2-3 Tbsp. Green Onions (Chopped)
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 Tsp. Ginger
1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
Salt
Pepper
In a Skillet:
Pan Sear for 1-2 minutes per side, then add 1-2 tbsp. of liquid (I used Chicken Broth) place the lid on and steam for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce. Give Gyoza dipping sauce a try.
Air Frying:
Lightly spray the tops with your favorite cooking spray.
Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes.
Tip: You can Par-cook some and freeze for use at a later time. they make a great make ahead meal.
