I don't often comment, but you just saved my life, last time I froze all my gyozas and also a batch of wontons. It ended up in two giant sticky clumps of mess, unusable for cooking sadly. Technically you can cook them from frozen, no need to wait for the to come up to temp

This is how I was taught to freeze dumplings and wontons. But my question is how to keep them from cracking when after freezing?? All my wontons cracked when I cooked them, should i coat them with flour when freezing??

I made dumplings, froze them separately, then froze them together but when I defrost they still stick together 😭😭
