Technically you can cook them from frozen, no need to wait for the to come up to temp

This is how I was taught to freeze dumplings and wontons. But my question is how to keep them from cracking when after freezing?? All my wontons cracked when I cooked them, should i coat them with flour when freezing??

I made dumplings, froze them separately, then froze them together but when I defrost they still stick together 😭😭
