HOT HONEY HUMMUS
Serves: 2
Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:
✨1 cup plain hummus
✨1 Tbsp honey
✨1 small hot chili pepper, we used piri-piri (you can also sub with chili flakes)
✨flake salt
✨beeya - optional

Steps:
1️⃣ To make the hot honey, warm the honey together with minced hot chili pepper, then pour over top of the hummus and sprinkle with sea salt. Top with some or all of your daily scoop of hormone supporting beeya to add even more nutrition to this tasty snack. Enjoy with crackers or veggies or flatbread.
