I get you're fixated on characters turning to the dark side, but why would Vader know Luke was his son if he couldn't find out Leia was his daughter originally? He didn't know Luke was his son until he found out from Boba Fett

I feel episode 5 and 6 would go through like this:

Ani is training his son but they sense something, its a disturbance for Luke but its a rekindling light for Anakin as the light is slowly but surely taking him, he would ask Luke to take him to his shuttle and he would wish to sell his sith lightsaber in hopes of finding his old one that was his in the clone wars and building a new, more comfy, faster and "Jedi" suit as it was white mostly with brown boots, cape and gloves, he would wish to overthrow palps and disassemble the empire. Meanwhile, on Dagobah Yoda senses the great shift and is overwhelmed with happiness that the chosen one has returned to the light, Leia also senses this and is confused of what's happened so she converses with Ben's ghost to learn what has happened, after she's done talking to him Luke reaches out to her telling her to go to Coruscant to meet him and Anakin.

Anakin's new suit is finished and his surgery has begun, it goes off without a hitch and using his limited knowledge on Sith alchemy, Luke keeps his dad alive during the process making it identical to the scene in ROTS but the dialogue is changed up slightly, here it is 'Father, can you hear me?' Ani replies 'Yes my son' Luke walks over and releases the restraints of his father and they walk outside with Ani asking what they should do with the old suit, then after some discussion they agree to send it in a package to the emperor to deceive him that Vader had died and his body was presented to him as a memoir of all the good deeds he accomplished with the empire, Palps would walk over and says 'I'll miss you Lord Vader.' With the spare credits they had from the suit transaction, Anakin buys parts for a new lightsaber inspired by Obi Wan's blade, he had provided the parts and the purple crystal for Leia and almost like a Jedi ritual she would meditate and construct her very own purple blade and they would provide Luke a green crystal as he was not a dark side user now.

The battle of Hoth would play out differently as the rebels and empire would be a stalemate with the rebels ultimately fleeing after a little bit more of a fight, the emperor would be trying to find an apprentice due to the 'death' of Vader and he would come across Ezra Bridger who had just seen his master slain at the battle of Hoth by stormtroopers, he befriends palps and joins his side out of pure desperation for this conflict to end. Now, Han would retreat into exile with the Skywalker's who have taken refuge on Ach-to which was guarded by the force, in this scenario he would have paid Jabba already as Anakin had provided him the money he needed to pay his ass out of debt and he would be a training mechanism for blaster deflection and Chewbacca wishes to see his family on Kashyyyk which Han complies and leaves for Kashyyyk. The wookies welcome Han and Chewbacca and provide top of the line accommodation reaching with his telecoms to Lando for him to meet them on Kashyyyk, the Skywalker's had been training for a good few years and now they were ready for Palpatine and his new apprentice so they head to the second death star and head to the emperor's chambers and they see Ezra who says 'master, we've got some new friends' the emperor remarks 'the whole Skywalker family have come to fight us? surely you can leave your children to fight alone right Anakin?' Anakin replies 'This is something we must do together' the five warriors ignite their lightsabers, Anakin going to fight palpatine with Luke and Leia takes on Ezra, the duel is long, tiring and annoying but the Jedi pull through with Leia's graceful dance like form 2 outclassing Ezra's sloppy use of form 4 and killing him and the combined experience of Anakin and the sheer duelling prowess of Luke bring the emperor to his knees, Anakin kills the man out of mercy for the Jedi, his fallen wife, his deceased masters and the republic. They all make it out alive and the battle of Endor goes down the same as it did in the film and the death star blows up again with the Jedi and rebellion forming the new republic and liberating planets from imperial rule and starting the new Jedi order on Coruscant while Han, Lando and Chewie live on Kashyyyk as if they were wookies and the galaxy would be brought to peace. Snoke would find it more difficult to rise up as the remnants of the old empire would be all over the place in different mindsets and fighting each other for control of the remaining fleets so it would be impractical to try now with such a divided set of admirals.

Leia goes back to Tatooine and discovers luke waiting for her. luke tells her that he is her brother and tries to convince her to join the dark side with him. Leia refuses and luke attacks her, knowing that someone with such an affinity with the force can not be allowed to support the rebels. Leia holds her own for a while, but is no match for her brother, who has been training with Vader. just as luke is about to strike a lethal blow on Leia, han shows up with the falcon and shoots at luke, disctracting the dark side user long enough for Leia to escape. han picks her up and they rush off to the rebel base where Leia and han were summoned by mon mothma. as the falcon disappears into hyperspace, luke feels a familiar force calling to him, the call of the light. he shakes it off and sends a transmission to his father. Vader is very displeased with his son's effort and orders him to follow Leia.

You didn't explain how they actually got the droids, I mean if Leia wasn't on the ship where R2 D2 was given the plans, then that ship wouldn't have been attacked and R2 D2 and C3PO wouldn't have landed on Tatooine.
