You make a great point. We can’t always do what we see others do to hook a ball. I spent a week watching this video on sr pro ball release. The night before practice I ran across this video. Following their instructions and doing what my body allowed gave good scores.

The last couple of sessions left me with a sore right knee and I couldn't figure out why.

After watching your video, I figured out the issue. I'm not stepping over with my second step. So on my down swing, I'm having to move my right side out of the way, which is putting pressure on the joint.
