Is the min. $10k property damage required or optional? I was rear ended in Ann Arbor this month and the adjuster told my I'm getting nothing because I don't carry collision and comprehensive (2005 Toyota Camry LE) and their insured "doesn't have the optional mini-tort coverage" so my car is technically totalled even though it's drivable (estimated $7500 damage on a $5000 car) and I'm being told I'm getting nothing for damages from an accident I didn't cause.

Can someone please please please verify for me my understanding. In Michigan per 500.625 the provisions in 500.3410 are suppose to be followed by insurers for grace period for payments on a 6 month contract. Progressive does not follow this and they give only ten days and don’t follow the required certified mailing either. Can someone help me plz. I really need an attorney that will listen/ talk/ hear my situation and help me with a case.

I’m 18 I drive a 2018 charger hellcat since 2018 in Dearborn. Why are they still charging me 1850 almost 2k a month when I have a clean record since Ive been driving the car since 2018? Not one ticket or incident and they are still charging me this amount?

After moving to Michigan I’ve been absolutely raped on car insurance. I’m 38 yo with a perfect driving record, driving a 21 year old vw paid for. I’m paying over $1000 for plpd every 6 months. What a joke. They say it’s because of my area code. ??? Really a family city in Oakland county with low crime and $200k+ houses.
