I started my Mobile Detailing business 2.5 years ago after watching hours and hours of your videos. I’m now currently just opening up a detail shop in Orange County. Thanks for all the honest reviews, information, and content! It’s helped me tremendously.

I’ve been a mobile detailer now for 6 months. The biggest thing I’ve realized is to never undersell your work. You’ll work long days in all types of climates just to leave another person happy. I love what I do, but never sell yourself short or give people a “cheap” price. If your work is good people will pay.

3 years ago I followed your formula, I have done well over six figures already this year. I make more now than when I was a gas turbine engineer. It wasn’t easy and have a great support system. Great video! Listen to Pan and the little things everyday add up.

Very important to mention: GET IN SHAPE, loose weight, build your back muscles, or your detailing run will be short due to injuries. Also use PPE!!

Hey Pan. Great video! I retired from my job as a police officer after 29 years on the job about a year and a half ago. I started up a small handyman business in January of ‘21 with detailing as a “side gig” to fill time when I wasn’t building or fixing something. One good review on a local FB page and my detail business exploded. I could detail a car a day, each day of the week if I chose to… but I have to take care of those honey-do projects too so I try to limit myself to three to five a week. (One a day, unless they are a total mess or the customer wants paint correction, etc). At the end of each day, I’m exhausted. When you talk “sweat equity”, you are totally on point. You, and two or three other YouTube detailers have taught me so much. Thanks for all you do.

Started my business around 3-4 years ago and learned a lot from you. You are an inspiration in the detailing community for sure! Appreciate the knowledge and guidance.

Thanks for the helpful advice, Pan, very much appreciated. I'm currently in the "details for friends and family stage". At this point I'm not looking to make this a full-time career, but the points you made in the video (I've been doing most of them already, mostly by accident!) are certainly going to improve the way I work, and the quality of my work as well. Thanks again!

Great video as always Pan. I'm about to start getting into the detail business myself just as a side job. Not only for the extra money it can provide but the joy of making other peoples vehicles nice and shiny. I've learned a quite a lot in the last month or so from watching your videos. Keep up the good work and Congratulations on the Porshe.

Fantastic, Pan! Thank you! I'm 52 and just recently got a lot more serious about taking care of mine and my wife's vehicles. I discovered in the process that I really LOVE detailing. I'm actually considering starting to do some part time, basic work as time allows and just see where it might go, so your video was timely and helpful. Thanks again! 👍

Well said. The sky is the limit! We started in 2018 and now starting our YouTube channel to also share detailing passion. All the best to the detailers out there!

I've been waiting forever for you to make a video like this one. This makes me that much more excited to start detailing. This really is the BEST detailing channel on YouTube. Thankyou Pan 👍

For those w/o a pressure washer I recommend the Eley 2 Piece Cleaning Nozzle set and a FoamMaster Foam Gun. They do a decent job. Attach the foam gun directly to the Eley so you don't have to squeeze a handle while foaming.

First off, THANK YOU, PAN!!! So I have been checking PAN for like 9mths and boy I have learned! I started to watch to get ideas for products and tools for my and my wifes car. I have always like washing my cars, but once i found PAN the like quickly turned to passion. Now i am washing and detailing for friends, family, neighbors, and more, and making some cash in doing so. I am a teacher but am slowly building a customer base. Great, great tip....DONT over do on services. Time is money, dont sell yourself short. Love you PAN.

This gave me mass amounts of motivation to get going i am currently working with a private business, and have dreamt of being in my managers shoes one day. Thanks again 💪🙏

I started detailing just for my own benefit. I've always taken care of my cars. Lately I have gotten really into detailing as a hobby and family is knocking down my door to make their vehicles look better as well as friends wanting me to clean their car before they sell it for extra profit. I just lost my job this last Friday and realized this might be a great opportunity as on the weekends I can easily make $1000US. I overdeliver and usually just want to cover my cost of materials so I can learn, but now I want to actually start a business. This video was perfect timing to say the least. Thank God for your video, I'm working on a business plan.

Best tip I could ever give is to not overwork yourself guys. When I started my mobile business, I would try to do 3 cars a day by myself. Obviously that was short lived as the quality of work Pan was talking about diminishes (and that's super important not to do). I only do one car per client now, and my business has been on a steady incline for the last 2 years! Goodluck with all your endeavors and thanks to Pan ONCE again for another very informative video.

I work a 7-4 job and I’m building my tools up now been washing my car and family’s car for the past year and now trying to start doing cars on the weekend to see where it goes. Got my first paid job in a week! Wish me luck thanks for all the tutorials! It’s a job that brings so much enjoyment, relief, and satisfaction to the worker and client!
