In this tutorial I show you how you rotate wheels on inline skates and why to do it this way.

There are many other combinations but this is the most used

I'm sorry about my english, this is my first tutorial in this language, I hope you can understand more or less :)

Thanks to María, Miriam, Tito y Ersehiyr for helping with the translation

Perfect! Thanks for putting the numbers next to the wheels when you did the swap. That made it crystal clear!

Thank you for this tutorial Mr Powder. It's the one I've been using ever since I first saw it maybe over a year ago. The other ones didn't seem as clear as yours. I actually have gotten to the point where I rotate my wheels every time before I skate. I just want them to last longer and be more balanced. Thanks again

Thanks! That was a really clear explanation, especially useful since my right skate wheels have worn out much more than my left ones.

thank you so much. I have the same pair of skates and recently mixed all my wheels up I wasn't sure where I put the any of the wheels to balance them out again, but this video was a PERFECT example of what to do.

Thanks for your video! I haven't skated since before my son was born...and he's 12. My wheels were a little worn unevenly. So thanks to your video they're rotated now :) thanks for making it so clear and simple. Other videos didn't.

I like this! I work as an auto/bus tech. So, I like and follow sequences and directions. Previously, I just marked the wheel location (L1, L2, ect...). But, would flip the worn inside to the outside. Noticing that my front and rear wheels always had more wear. Figured I would eventually be learning to ride a rocker setup XD
Thanks for the Vid!

Thanks, nice maintenance tutorial. just picked up inline skating recently, rec skates, been out maybe 12 - 13 times, but all different surfaces. I gotta go do this I already see the inside edges wearing down👍

I did this process and my 3rd wheel on each side (which was originally the 1st wheel) is so worn down it dosnt make contact with the ground. Should I replace all the wheels, just that one, or just ride till the other wheels wear down to that wheel?

*12 34 > 34 12*
(Tip: if you start by leaning both skates in same direction you wont have to remember to flip them over individually!) 😉🤞

Thank you, this video really helped! However is it normal that some wheels are smaller than the rest and it feels like a rocker set up now. Not all wheels are touching the ground while it is flat. Is that normal?

thanks for this video! does anyone know if this changes when you have your wheels in a rockered configuration (the two middle wheels lower than the two end wheels)?

Also take note of the front and rear screw.... they are offset for flat or rocker set up, there is normally a arrow on the screw head that faces up or down depending on whether you want a rockable set up or flat, only saying this cause it screwed me over lol. I had front and rear wheels at different heights. Really made skating awkward.
