As I heard once, if God wanted you to make all the choices He would have called them the 10 suggestions. But He didn't! They are and always will be the 10 commandments!! And the sacraments are the same, 7 ways God blesses us with His grace. And we need all the graces we can get. God bless you, Father Nix!

Neo-Conservative priest? Haven’t heard of that before. But as for me, I am finding myself so drawn to the TLM. Still attend a reverent NO but finding myself uncomfortable w some aspects of it: women lectors, sign of peace, most receive Our Lord kneeling and on the tongue, but not all. And once Mass is over most do the doors dash, some linger and chat w friends in the Lord’s house & while in His presence!!! 😢

Please offer prayers and sacrifices for me brothers and sisters because I wasn't receiving the sacraments for years and years and Pope Pius said that if one doesn't recieve the sacraments the way to Heaven is through penance and suffering offered by oneself and offered by others for that person

Father, i love the church, but my husband broke away from it 16 yrs ago. I had to keep going until covid, when i couldn't go, now my husband makes it impossible to go, his hatred is so hard to live with. I have yo believe God will still protect me and the salvstion of all my family. Jesus told barnabas of Nigeria....

Fast forward now today to mid 2024 with many traditional priests being cancelled with the push to rid the tridentine latin mass by Vatican, hence now a shortage of traditional priests in some areas??

We are bound by the Sacraments, God isn't.

Not all Sacraments are necessary though. You can be a single man, who never married, or ordained a priest, or even a Bishop, and be saved. You can never be ordained and be a married man, and be saved. One can be Baptized on their death bed, die 30 seconds later without doing one Confession.
