I love hearing Protestants who no nothing about our Catholic Faith teaching about our Catholic Faith. I love how they play God and decide who goes to Heaven and who goes to Hell.

It amazes me how simple it is to debunk all misconceptions about Catholicism with….the Bible

Bryan, I appreciate your videos. I am a retired teacher and when I called on my students they would often say, "Well I know it but I don't know how to say it." I replied with, "If you can't explain it (teach it) you don't know it." That is how I view you Bryan and I admire it. I get the feeling you are doing this to bolster your own knowledge, and that is great. I am the same way. I generally tend to be very cynical, and I have to prove things for my own benefit. If I believe that I can explain a concept to others, then I know it well enough for myself. It takes courage to put yourself out there like that. God Bless you in your journey!

Thank you for the video. Glad that you are feeling better. If he thinks that the only thing that one needs to do is believe then how is that any different than what the devil does? After all, the devil does not believe in Baptism, he does not partake of the Eucharist or any of the other Sacraments, he does does not believe in good works. The only difference between the belief of the devil and that of Protestants/Evangelicals is that the devil's belief is much stronger than theirs. If he is not assured of salvation, even though he believes more mightily than they do, then how can they say that they are saved?

The Church also teaches that there are elements of Truth in every religion, even non-Christian religions and that it is possible for people in other religions to be saved. The basic foundation of Christianity is belief in Christ, belief in his resurrection, and forgiveness of sin through baptism. You are absolutely correct that living in the life of Christ (works) is an absolute extension of belief. Thanks for the video.

All this confusion around "works" on protestant side is kinda weird and ignorant.
