I realized, while listening to you, and by adding your information to those from other famous Behavior teacher like Joe Dispenza, that when I put a clear or precise Goal, I actually help my brain, and Myself, to reach it. As the brain will function like a GoogleMap plan with a clear destination! It is not just the Goal to reach a certain city, but the precise address to be where I want to be, and prepare for solutions in case of "bumps" on the road!🤗

I love the way you explain it actually, because I have struggled a lot with understanding what people mean when they say "just break it down". This video made it much clearer to me that it is more about "what does this thing that I want actually mean" as well as how to effectively follow up on the progress on different time scales to work effectively with large scary numbers. Originally I took "break it down" literally and was confused as to why randomly taking things apart would make them simpler or more manageable rather than more confusing and more things to manage. You also highlighted what milestones are and how to use them as a benchmark to reflect, adapt and celebrate in order to maintain progress, in a way that was very helpful to me.

Haven't watched the entire video yet but wanted to get this comment in. I'd like to start my crochet business. I'm having difficulty breaking down steps for completing inventory and which outlet to begin with (website, fairs and conventions). The issue is that there will be different inventory for each outlet. I hope this makes sense.

loved this! I’m not sure about one of my goals being objective and outcome focused: originally it was “improve my mental health” then I switched it to “take actionable steps to improve my mental health. I’m also not sure about benchmarks for that one. One of my tiny habits for TFP is “1 min of meditation daily.”
