Your purpose for reading can just be for enjoyment I wanna mention that. You don’t need to read books all relating to a specific topic or and purpose. You can read whatever you want and jump across different genres. It can be made up fiction with no purpose or underlying message. You can just read it for enjoyment and that’s a good enough reason at least in my opinion to read and spend so much of your life reading. You don’t need to view it as a job. You can view it as something you enjoy doing. Reading at least in my opinion is meant to be enjoyable which means allow yourself to make it as enjoyable as possible so you’re actually motivated to do it more and don’t have to force yourself

Make you self part of whatever you read and keep your eyes open for whatever you see around, growing up my teacher told me that I have to describe the season, the time and the characteristics of the people's that writings about or reading.❤

There are these great 120 page books here in Germany about pretty much any topic and they're fantastic for train rides to and from school. I encourage anyone to have a small pocket book with you wherever you go and take it instead of your phone. Just reading a large text really hits difference in the age of video and short article media

I recently bought 3 of his books and can't wait. Ryan and Robert Greene are changing my life completely. That self-discipline is a new high for me

Kindle paperwhite was my greatest investment to read more. I can take it everywhere and read in the sun 🌞

I just started working again and I'm making lists of books I'm going to buy again because my crazy ex destroyed the small collection I had started building. I had several of Robert Greene's hard copies, Marcus Aurelius: Meditations, & Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules of Life. If you guys have something that you think will interest me, please drop the name so I can look into them.

I was a voracious reader, but after a massive family trauma, my brain won't focus to read books anymore, I barely make it through a long article. It's been 15yrs and it's one of my greatest heartbreaks. Audiobooks can work, but if I'm not enthralled, my brain scatters.

Tips for reading...it's your JOB? That's just sad. Hopefully there are little kids out there with parents, grandparents, teachers showing them that reading is the BEST, most awesome, fun thing you can do. Reading is pure joy. And if you didn't have someone to mentor you growing up you can get hooked at any age. Reading is an inspiration to the young and consolation to the old.
A JOB? Please.

The problem I have is a lot of the things I want to learn or be better at are very boring to read about :(

I am from the UK and trying to get my money back from his website I subscribed to.
The site is appalling mainly links to his own products and the content is limited and like Holiday superficial. The leather bound book and gift pack did not turn up and my emails are ignored.
Any solicitors got any advice for getting my money back from this fraud?
