Rebooting the router (via the admin interface) probably does the same as a power cycle. The key thing is to flush the routing tables - and either method should do this. 🙂

Every time it rains, the weather seems to make the modem go slower. After a rain, I restart my modem so it gets back to the faster connection (DSL and cable both slow down when it rains)
