My late best friend (RIP Brandy) and I used to wear our hair like this when we were in high school back in 2007. My natural curl pattern is very similar to this so all it takes is some mousse for me to get this look.

This is basically my wash and go routine. As a 4A/B hair type, I also use a Denman brush (on damp hair) before applying products to help define my curls.
