Показать описание
Watch as a crew assembles tilt-up panels utilizing the Total Integrated Panel System (TIPS). This revolutionary technology can reduce concrete in tilt-up panels by as much as 50%, rebar by up to 90%, and weight by as much as 50%, without reducing strength. Because it saves materials, labor, and machine costs, it integrates an effective R-value of 38 at the same price as a standard 7.25" panel.

There is a DIY method of this type of wall system, for small scale builds. No shot-crete necessary.

Ferrocement with integrated insulation, so simple but effective.

I imagine lots of thermal bridging which simply bypasses the insulation

Anything thicker than 6 inches? Thinking about 9-10 inches for deep window wells.
