As an intresting fact. There are some variations to the genetic code, if you take the fungal pathogen Candida albicans, for example, it translates CUG codon as Serine whereas the majority of living organisms translates it as Leucine. Moreover, human mitochondria which possess its specific and unique genome, translates AUA as Methionine whereas in the cytosol of that same cell, this codon is translated as Isoleucine.

10:02 a couple minutes ago i commented on your 7 year old biostatistics video asking whether or not youre egyptian since you breifly mentioned it but i wasnt sure. i cant tell you how happy i am to hear that someone i look up to and grately benefit from is egyptian as well! :D
it truly makes me so proud and insanely happy. thank you so much for always helping other students in need, your content is such a blessing :)

what do you think of making egyptian mnemonics short videos or small playlist👀? they tend to stay in my mind the easiest ( like the lipid soluble coezymes "KEDA" 😁)

Hey, good video, but first post-transcription modification is 5 cap, second is 3 tail and last one is splicing.

Doesn't the splicing come after the addition of the 5' cap and Poly(A) tail?
