How to sync Ear Buds

Step 1-Press and hold both buttons on earbuds at the same time, until both flash red and blue.
Step 2- Double-click button on just one of the earbuds, you will hear "earphones connected".
Step 3- Turn on your Bluetooth and look for one device then connect.

You Sir are my knight and shining armour. I have watched 50 shorts on how to get my sentry ear plugs to both pair. Only 1 was working at a time . Everyone else said the same thing that I already know how to do and I was SOOO frustrated. It was the part about after you hold buttons on both down you only click the button on 1 side and look for both in settings! Thank you!

For people who has an issue with one the earphones not turning on. Both of mine worked, then suddenly my left one just died and wouldn't turn on for weeks. Then suddenly it turned on when my Bluetooth device (phone) was accidentally turned off because i forgot to charge it. So yeah try that: either restart your BT device or shut it down for couple minutes/hours.Keep earphones in charging box while BT is turned off, observe if the lights on the earphone that is not working started flashing or lighting up.
