very nice, but I'd rather recommend one should be able to do at least 20 reps of DEEP dips before they move to weighted dips. This ensures the connective tissue in the shoulder are strong enough before any loading. Given that the dips provides crazy stretch which could f up shoulders. The progression is faster and you can immediately load up 50lbs after and do around 8-12 reps
