They had to tie up Fenrir with a literal paradox rope to keep him somewhat contained and it still cost Tyr his hand, and they were still crapping themselves at the thought of him getting loose when Ragnarok rolled around!

This was one of the many changes I hated about Loki in the mcu. Hella is Loki's kid, not his sister. Loki was quite the lady's man so at least they got his charisma down right

Loki is pretty cool. The only problem I have is that they decided to make nearly every antagonist after him also a Quipping, Joking, Ego fueled villain

I can imagine loki kneeling with tears in his eyes, he chuckles and says "of course I was a horrible father" while watching his mythological self get chained up with the guts of one of his twin sons after he was killed by his brother being transformed into a wolf by Odin, yes this is from the myths

I'm not even a big Norse mythology buff, but I'll always be a little annoyed that they didn't even mention that Odin's horse and Fenrir the wolf were actually (supposed to be at least) Loki's kids, and that they made Hela Odin's daughter instead.

Actually Loki doesn't just have three kids, he has eight. A pair of twin daughters from his first wife, a horse he gave birth to, his three children from his giantess mistress, and a pair of twin boys.

Making them all his kids and having Loki at the battle for Asgard would have been so great. Like imagine him saying that the wolf is his son and the other avengers looks of confusion. Comedic gold. Or if what's her horns was his daughter and not his sister and they had a stand-off together. Imagine the dramatic fight scene and awesome dialogue that could have happened

Fenrir didn't just have Odin scared, fenrir scared him so much that before he was even born Odin was coming up with ways to prevent that fight and during his childhood he was raising fenrir all the while taking notes of his weaknesses and then literally had to come up with a three-step plan to contain him, not kill him contain him, because he couldn't figure out a way to.

The Wolf King scared the king of the Gods so much that before he was even born he was having panic attacks and having to come up with Batman level contingencies for him.
