Double Effect of Exercises:
The exercises are designed to reduce abdominal volume and increase lower back mobility. Viewers are encouraged to measure their abdomen's volume and spine's mobility before starting and to record these measurements in the comments for comparison later.

Initial Measurements:
Viewers are instructed to measure their abdomen at the level of the navel, both on inhale and exhale, and note the flexibility of their spine by bending over and marking the reach.

Exercise 1 – Back Arching:
Lying on the stomach with hands extended forward, participants are instructed to straighten their arms and arch their backs, repeating the movement 10 times.

Exercise 2 – Vacuum Exercise:
In the same position, viewers are asked to exhale and pull in their stomach, maintaining the contraction during inhalation, and repeating five times.

Exercise 3 – Knee Rotation:
Lying on the back with a roller or ball clamped between the knees, viewers rotate their knees from side to side to work the oblique muscles, repeating 10 times each way.

Exercise 4 – Leg Lifting:
The exercise involves lifting legs and performing a similar side-to-side movement, adding resistance with a band between the knees for more intensity.

Exercise 5 – Inflating and Deflating the Stomach:
With legs lifted and turned to the side, viewers are instructed to inflate and deflate their stomachs while maintaining the tension of the band, repeating the movement 5 to 10 times for each side.

Wow. Amazing!! I tried this for the first time along with my husband. We both lost 5 cm in one go. Didn't even use the resistance band. Shocked really. We verified multiple times by re-measuring.

Just checking back in from 13 days ago. At that time I had lost one and a half inches, measured at the belly button so as to include the love handles. Now, I have lost another one and a half inches for a total of three. I do the exercises 3-4 times a week. This also helps with your lower back and hips. Thanks Dr. Alekseev. I'll keep them up.

My waist measured 47/48 inches I can bend all the way down touch the floor with ease. Did the exercises and then measured waist 45.5 inches I can’t believe this actually works. I’m going to incorporate this routine daily inshaAllah

Unless you change your diet, belly can not go anywhere. Unless someone is athlete, it is a different matter. Diet is number 1, 2 and 3.
