I always search if Guy has been to a new town I’m traveling through, and if yes? That place gets on the list of places to eat lol.

I've been binge watching triple D on youtube since I don't have a TV 😂 I live in the middle of the woods.

Great job Ami! When Guy looks at the camera, you know how great it tastes. I'll take a few of those ribs to go.

Here to comment because we finally ate here. The boracho app is amazing. Not thick, guey and off-putting as I anticipated. It was delicious!! Great atmosphere. There is a sister restaurant (which opened first) in cool North Park in the city (haven't been there), but they are both night and day.

It feels like Texas when you walk in the door. I wasn't expecting it to be so good, but it was... how good? When I was leaving I looked at the homes across the street and wondered if they realized how lucky they were to live there.

So funny how they act like it’s so far out waaay outside of San Diego in the middle of nowhere 😂 😂. I grew up five mins up the road from there. It’s a 20-25 minute drive to downtown sd big whoop lol. Worth it on every level

"I don't want to eat beef short ribs with cheese on it.", said the people who never ate it....

I like how Troy was awarded one pun point only Guy to say the worst Gouda joke of all time immediately afterwards.

Wow. A Californian Texas BBQ place that actually does big portions. Most do baby sized portions which is not Texas BBQ

She said El Boracho like she can't actually pronounce El Boracho 😂

As a Texan, I'm not sure how I feel about smothering a good beef rib (seasoned right, and smoked with oak) with queso. I do like the pickled onion relish on the side -- some acid to cut through the fat of the rib.
