Heaven!!!! I'm in SC and I'm so jealous of Guy! He gets to travel the world 🌎 and try all of these amazing restaurants and diners! Amazing food while I keep going through the same ole drive thru's! Idaho, Blackfoot area has some amazing restaurants also. Space burgers 🍔 are great out there.

Chef, Sir very nice recipe, & as much s I like fried chix, family being from rural Kentucky, I am a big fan of the collard greens, any greens for that fact, turnip, mustard, kale, spinach & here we even eat dandelion greens, also a fan of the taters with southern white cream gravy, all delicious

In this video I have tried KFC, and POPEYE S FRIED CHICKEN, but I think the way I was taught to make southern fried chicken was in the ARMY, true southern style because many of the ARMY cook's are from the south, and people actually love it because it's packed with flavor and many times people like to put it in butter milk, flour and fry, which I disagree with so to each there own, even with the collard greens, best way is to cook them in ham hock broth, excellent flavor as I was taught by black folk, from the south, not the north
