Complaint of Lights Flickering In House; What's Wrong? Part 1

Our customer called us with the complaint that lights were flickering. We went to there meter cabinet outside, we found with our meter that the volts were way to high. The volts fluctuated when we turned on the baseboard heaters. The neutral lug failed causing the lights to flicker. If you have lights flickering, don't ignore it, call a licensed electrician at 970-599-1872.

No flash glasses or Class 0 rubber gloves, I guess safety is whatever when your an electrician poking around a live panel.

Definitely don't ever try this on your own. Im an electrician and even working in a hot meter base can be a little sketchy for us. Call your sparky for this one

Any idea why my light only flicker when it rains ? Had different companys out and no one can find the issue. Also light company came out and replaced a couple things still no good

You didn’t address the double tapped wire on L2 or no plastic bushing in the knockout separating the two sides of the panel that has wires running through it.
