½ cup low-carb sweetener (xylitol or erythritol)

½ teaspoon xanthan gum
½ tablespoon butter or coconut oil
How to make Pé de Moça Low Carb

Mix
Combine all ingredients, except xanthan gum and cream, in a saucepan over low heat.
