As ETS’s Vice President and Chief Learning Officer, T.J. Elliott has overall responsibility for those processes that share knowledge, develop people & organizations, assure appropriate collaborative workspaces, and enable growth and innovation across the enterprise. He is charged with identifying and helping ETS implement new and better ways to work in an increasingly competitive marketplace, as well as for ensuring that the organization capitalizes on the skills and talents of its employees to achieve its mission.

Elliott received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Manhattan College and Nova Southeastern University, respectively. He is co-author of Decision DNA (Emerald) and wrote the foreword to the 2008 Second Edition of Work-Based Learning: Bridging Knowledge and Action in the Workplace (Wiley) by Joe Raelin, as well as a chapter in 2014's Smarter Innovation: Using Interactive Processes to Drive Better Business Results, (Ark) edited by Katrina Pugh.
