Grilled Beef Ribs

Flanken cut beef ribs. These are DELICIOUS and make a great party snack.⠀

For the marinade, mix the following:⠀
- 1/2 cup brown sugar⠀
- 1/2 cup @trybachans bbq sauce⠀
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar⠀
- 1 tbsp sesame oil⠀
- 2 tbsp each: grated ginger and garlic⠀
- 1 tsp black pepper⠀
- 1 small grated onion⠀
- 2-3 pieces of cut up green onion⠀

Let the meat marinade for a few hours, ideally overnight. When ready, they hit the @biggreenegg directly over charcoal at 400 degrees for 3-4 minutes per side. These will cook very quickly and you’re just going for that nice crust and char on the outside. ⠀

Remove from the grill, top with more green onion and enjoy!

Listen I've been eating these for a long time if you marinade with Dr pepper soy sauce garlic powder and crushed red pepper you won't regret it been a family recipe for generations

You need to add either: pineapple juice, Kiwi or Korean pair. These fruits have tenderizing qualities that are Game changers for tough cuts like that.

The marinade mix is the most difficult thing to note, and you spend the least time on it. Slow that part down, the rest (like grill prep) we don't even need to see
