🌏Leading up to the #InternationalDayofYoga on 21-June-2021, let us explore Patanjali Yoga Sutras as A Meditative-Chant, through Sanskrit-Word-Analysis and Depictive-Illustrations:

🌄After the Summer Solstice on 21-June-2021, the days start getting shorter, and the nights get longer.
This marks the beginning of the Sun's southern run called Dakshinayanam, which brings the second half of the year called Sadhanapada, an extremely conducive time for a spiritual seeker to deepen one's Sadhana.

👉Schedule of the Four Part Live Interactive session(Sundays at 10AM):
Samadhi Pada : 30th May 2021
Sadhana Pada : 6th June 2021
Vibhuti Pada : 13th June 2021
Kaivalya Pada : 20th June 2021

Have you ever the American expression, "If you build it they will come." This channel is a perfect expression of The Divine's desire for many to learn this exquisite language. Thank you.

My grandmother died at the age of 92, and she had memorized the whole Gita... this reminds me of her. I don't have words to thank you. Bhagwan aap ki hamesha Khush rakhe.

I really am lucky to find a true hindu channel that talks about Hinduism rather than those talking about the politics of Hinduism. You actually worship what's in the Vedas rather than worship the Vedas at face value.

Remarkable. I read this a few years ago - in English. I discovered kirtan just last week and your channel yesterday. I'm about 2 minutes into this video and already it feels very different than reading an English translation like any other book. The chanting puts me in a very peaceful place and reading the English translation at the same time is a very different and more rewarding experience. If only I could understand the sanskrit without translation. Thank you!

Although I'm not able to understand Sanskrit, I find listening to this recitation strangely comforting. Perhaps my spirit understands! Heartfelt thanks from Australia.

I never studied Sanskrit but the meaning is already in there. You don't really need to understand the language to understand this. If you listen "yourself" (do not leave the listening to your mind, do it yourself) and get behind the language, you will understand each word without knowing anything about language. When you get to the deeper meaning of this (get past the words and language), every word spoken is absolutely right.
This used to be played back in India in my local temple. I would understand every word from day one, even if I didn't even know Hindi, let alone Sanskrit. I had to leave India and ever since I have been looking for the "thing" I used to hear from the temple. I really didn't know what it was. All I knew was that it was "right". I found it after 15 years!
