Sometimes,when you try to create procedure ,functions,triggers,tables etc you will get an error The database test is not accessible.

Here my database name is test.So i got the error The database test is not accessible.

if you access system databases such as tempdb,model,master etc,you may get the same error like The database test is not accessible.

Option 1: login as Administrator user in system
Option 2: Open SQL Server Management Studio as Administrator by right click and select Run As Administrator
