There’s something a little bit sad about a Miata that’s never really been driven and enjoyed

The disaster details are fun, but I love this content. Seeing a top tier pro detailer elevate a normal car guy’s already well kept car is something else. Amazing work.

I'm 32 and I have to say it's quite a strange experience seeing the cars that I grew up with in high school becoming modern classics. I already smile when I see clean examples of cars from the 90's and 2000s. I'm not an old timer yet, but WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME!

P.S. Love you Larry!

Yes! I got my coffee, no one’s awake in my house, AMMO video to start the day. Thank you Larry!

My wife asked me why I watch "videos about some guy cleaning a car".

Therapy, babe. Simple and fine, therapy.

Your attention to detail soothes my OCD soul.

Buying a Miata and refusing to put the top down...
Pretty sure that should be a criminal act. How depressing.

THIS CAR IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! BRINGS A TEAR TO MY EYE🥲. You’ll never ever see another MX5 this clean with 1k miles for sale

It honestly baffles me that anyone would buy one of these (without hardtop), use it as a "weekend" car (with how little they used it) and not put the top down. I drive mine almost exclusively with the top down.

Perfect video to start the friday. Normally i dont really watch car cleaning videos because they just repeat the same stuff over and over and over again just with another car.

But Larry gets out there to find these cars and search info and their history etc etc. Sometimes he buys them and cleans them up then sells for profit. Or donates to charities etc.

Just a big fan of everything you do Larry.

Greetings from Denmark 🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰

One thing I appreciate about your videos are the different cars you work on. The wide range of vehicles is proof of how good you are at showing individuals what they can accomplish. Thanks Larry!!

13:53 just a quick tip, count the valve stem as the downside of the wheel, and align the caps up straight from the valve stem, so it is even more perfect👌🏻

The last 5% doubles your budget and triples your timeline. It is amazing how much extra effort there is when chasing the final details. Nicely done and presented.

Great video, Larry, as always, and beautiful little car.

What gets me about this car is how someone owned it, clearly took very good care of it, but only drove it 1500 miles in the 3 years it was driven. I've always wanted a Miata or something similar, but never really been in a life situation where it made financial sense to have one, and I can tell you that if I finally got one I'd rack up those 1500 miles in the first month!

My late father bought me a brand new 1990 Mazda 626 Sedan in Prestige Silver (Automatic) as soon as l turned 18 years old (yes, the one with the oscillating vents!). He paid $32, 000 Australian Dollars for it brand new at the time! It's now 32 years old and l still drive it every single day!!! Has never failed me and l cannot part with it. It's absolutely outstanding!!! It's clocked up 500, 000 kilometres (310, 000 miles!!!) Still looks, feels and drives like new. I absolutely LOVE IT so much. It's my first and only car!!!! Love the nostalgia. Big hello from Melbourne, Australia!!🇦🇺

I get that the owner/family wanted to be meticulous about it and that’s awesome, but why the insistence that the top never come down? That’s exactly what it was designed to do and it’s not going to do any damage or devalue it at all. Heck, as part of the inspection process at the factory they probably put the top through the full range of motion anyway.

I would think irreversibly removing some paint through a correction would be a bigger deal to them than putting the top down and back up which is something nobody could ever notice.

You know what I love the most about this channel? The intros! A good hello, introducing the car, whats gonna happen and THEN a small but good montage.
Not everyone has huge amounts of time, and seeing what the video is about in the first five seconds really helps decide what to watch.
Great video as always!
