I feel so sorry for Americans who get a Thanks giving meal once a year. Brits get a Sunday roast every sunday, happy days.

" I get the full English breakfast and the Sunday roast confused" says him. Easily confused then mate.

A year of commenting on UK food and it still hasn't sunk in that crumpets and muffins are different. 🤷‍♀️

Crumpets and English muffins are not the same thing. English muffins are more like a bread.

It's pointless commenting on Tyler's pronunciations, he never reads the comments.

Baked beans are very versatile, a must on a full English breakfast, also great for a topping on jacket potatoes, lovely with sausages and mash potato or with sausages and chips, great with fish fingers and chips. great on toast, lovely on there own with a little cheese sprinkled on top, great with fried, poached or scrambled eggs, great with ham and chips, they also go great with pie and chips or pie with mashed potato, great along side potato wedges as well, some people even put them in a shepherds pie.

Does anyone wonder if Americans will one day understand that Brits have both fries and chips.

Yorkshire puddings are basically made from the same batter as pancakes, (crepes). But you pour the mixture into roasting or cake tin that has a little boiling hot fat in it, and you cook them in the oven. Crepes you fry in a little tiny bit of oil or butter.

You can't mock any foods until you try them

Crumpets aren't the same as English muffins. A crumpet is thinner than an English muffin and has delicate round holes on the top. An English muffin is thicker and the top is solid. Toasted crumpets with real butter spread on top while they're still hot and melts into the holes of the crumpet, amazing. My mouth is watering thinking about. Damn, I'm going to have to go and buy some crumpets now!

Yorkshire pudding is part of a Sunday dinner, it is superb. Not a pancake, doesnt taste like a pancake, its savoury, they fill with gravy wonderfully.

The American myth that English/British food is bad came about during WWII. American troops stationed here didn't realise that food was rationed for Brits during the war, and the blandness of the fare on offer was mistaken for traditional food. Rationing continued into the 1950's and post-war travelers during this time would return to America, and the myth would gain a little more strength. Nowadays in Britain, you can eat yourself around the world from the comfort of your own home with a decent home delivery app!

A full roast dinner would not be the same without them, roast potatoes, beef, peas, Yorkshire puddings, Brussels sprouts, brown gravey, yum.

Props to the guy who spoke up about the Yorkshire puddings only with beef BS.

Marmite, they advertise it with the slogan 'you either love it or hate it'.

Pasties were originally used by the Cornish Tin Miners and the Pasty was originally in two halves (joined together) one savoury and one sweet

Yorkshire Pudding is made with basically the same ingredients as pancake. It's commonly ate with Roast Dinners, usually beef but personally, I like them with any roast dinner. The optional sauces tend to depend on the meat, so pork goes well with Apple Sauce, lamb goes well with mint sauce... but I always like to put a bit of mint sauce on the roast potatoes for any meat. The "British Burrito" thing is basically a roast dinner wrapped in a Yorkshire Pudding.

One thing for Yorkshire Pudding, it needs something to make it moist, usually in roast dinner, that'd be the gravy. A good yorkshire pudding has a thick crust but almost hollow inside, primarily on the sides.
