Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone! My husband and I will be celebrating with these delicious sheet pan steak nachos. This is the absolute best steak nachos recipe ever! These nachos are LOADED! Homemade, freshly fried tortilla chips topped with queso, melted cheese, corn, black beans, pico de gallo, avocado, lime crema and of course, that juicy lime butter steak. This is the perfect Cinco de Mayo recipe. You may even be glad that you can't have a big party because you get to have these sheet pan steak nachos all to yourself! First of all, love the sombrero, very festive. Proper technique for frying the nachos, homemade is just so much better. The pico is so fresh and vibrant. Let's talk steak, love that you basically blackened it, then butter basted... wow that looks amazing. Then you make your own cheese sauce (!!!), all these components are incredible. These nachos are double dangerous, fully loaded extravaganza. Well done.
