Remember that if your har is still frizzy no matter what you do, you might have an iron deficiency. Iron deficiency causes irregularities in the hair structure as the hair grows. It grows frizzy and it stays frizzy

Great tips. I cup gently with my hand now instead of the diffuser it works so well.

Hi there, Sophie Marie!
Just happened across your video! You did such an amazing job of simplifying, yet being so incredibly detailed with the breakdown of your routine; thank you so much!!
Having Rheumatoid Arthritis in my dominant hand, trying to find styling techniques for my curly hair has been extremely challenging. I look forward to implementing some of your tips this next wash and style! 🥰
Oh, and, your explanation of finger curling has been the best, and easiest to follow, of any that I have seen/heard. So, again, thank you so much, and, please, keep blessing us with these little nuggets of wisdom! ❤

I just wash, condition, go in with a treatment and then add a gel if it is humid. Never EVER brush - EVER. Once those steps are done I dont touch it. the end.
