I recommend a trimmer instead of a razor for manageable short hair while less likely to draw blood. Just ask yourself why you want to remove your pubic or any body hair. If you feel pressure from society expectations realize that society favors keeping childish features rather than growing into adult features.

When you shave, make sure to allow the pores to be properly opened by warm water and to avoid getting any shaving cream inside of you!
I personally shave cause it feels better for me, but make sure you do what's comfortable and safe for you

Your skin down there might be too sensitive to use razor or wax so u gotta look for something else. My favorite is a cream that dissolves hair and then you just scrape the hair away without harrasing your skin (please read the instruction of the product). Remember, what works for me doesn't have to work for you, and you must find your thing that works best for you. And remember to shave there only if you want to - not when someone wants you to shave. Y'all: If you are thinking about doing it please use hair conditioner (if it's like natural yk) instead of soap or shaving cream because you can end up with burning/stinging genitals with those 2 options.

I always use a bikini Razer and I never go inside of my vagina just around so I make sure I don't hurt myself first time I ever shaved my pubes I used a regular Razer and it gave me a lot of Razer burn so I decided to buy a bikini one it doesn't give me burn and Is much easier to use

My Mom wouldn’t let me shave my private so I cut it with scissors on my own. Is that ok? She gave consent for me to cut with scissors but I cut it so short to where it looks like I’m just now growing it. I don’t know how to tell her. I cut it too low after she said that my hair is a protection for things and dirtiness entering it. Was I wrong to cut it that short? Is it ok?

I would never recommend using a “shaver” on Pubic hair. It could cause skin irritation, discoloration and razor bumps 🪒 . Especially for POC. Get a Brazilian wax or get hair removal cream that is specifically made for removing hair down there.. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE a razor.
