We are college friends who want to experience the city life in our 20s. Currently, it is renters market in NYC with many good deals. We are looking for 3 bedrooms, 2 bath (3br, 2ba). Fingers crossed we'll find our perfect apartment!

If y’all are looking for an apartment for around $3, 500. If you are getting the smaller bedroom, does that means you pay less in rent and the guy would be paying more as he’s getting the primary bedroom?

Hii, do you recommend to get a roommate in NYC? because i’m from Europe and i’m gonna move to NYC in a couple of years only none of my friends are gonna move to NYC, but i’m scared to be with somebody I don’t know. Does it save a lot of money when you get a roommate?

The second apartment had me in the first half...not gonna lie...then I saw the bathrooms and upstairs.
I overall like the last one. It seems like there was a sacrifice in each apartment. Either rooms were too small, the bathrooms were really nice or a miss (a dirty or small bathroom), either washer and dryer or none at all. The last seemed like a decent compromise of all the others and like you said...$$$. At the end of the day...it is y'all decision. Also consider safety as well. Stay safe Isabelle. ✌️and ❤️
