What about fractures through pars interarticularis? I have grade 2 anterolisthesis (not sure if that's spelled right) L5/S1. I have been told by two surgeons that I either have one extra rib, or one extra vertebrae. I have 2 herniated discs also. One is nearly ruptured. It's VERY painful. I also have severe foraminal stenosis on right side, moderate on left side. Bilateral pars interarticularis fractures. I have been told I need spinal fusion by three surgeons. PLIF.

I workout EVERYDAY now as that and pain management is the only relief I get. Sadly the medicine I have doesn't take the pain away. I'm also scared of medicine due to not wanting to become dependent on it, and also harming my kidneys or liver.

30 year old female and combat veteran. It sucks living in pain daily. I just wish I could fix this 😔😞😣😭

I have a T7-T8 disc that is black on a MRI but I can't get anyone to operate on me. The pain from it is excruciating. What can I do. Pain manangement can't help me there isn't anything strong enough except opioids.
