It may beat it in raw performance, but once you consider the fact that in not that long Apple is likely dropping new M4 MacBooks and that Windows on ARM is awful, it’s not better whatsoever, especially since they cost similar amounts (the M3 MacBook Pro is the best example as it has no thermal throttling and costs similar) and MacOS on ARM is way more established. There’s also a chance they only compared the performance on a MacBook Air (suffers from thermal throttling).
