i go to a hitting coach that is great and very well known around my area and he always sits when he throws, now I know why!

This is nothing new folks. I ve been doing this for over 10 years. Except I sit on a home depot bucket and and throw fast under hand front toss. Or I can throw over hand both from behind L screen. Picked it up from a fast pitch softball dad. Alot of coaches can't do it. Blows my mind.
