No-Bake *Amazing* Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs (Minimal Ingredients & Easy) | Bakelore

Hello friends! As Easter is right around the corner we wanted to make some traditional Easter dessert recipes that are time efficient but they also taste as amazing as a baked good. Holidays can be quite hectic, so our time in the kitchen is very specific. This recipe is not only an amazing dessert/snack but it is ready to serve in just 30'. Soft on the inside with a chocolate shell, this recipe is just melt-in-your-mouth delicious. As always don't forget to have fun while baking and make every recipe your own. RECIPE
1 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 cup almond flour
⅓ cup coconut flour
1 cup chocolate chips (we used semi-sweet chips)
2 tbsp coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mixing bowl combine the peanut butter with the honey or maple syrup. After it is all mixed together add the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth dough consistency. Shape the eggs and set aside. In a saucepan or a double boiler melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil and transfer to a small bowl. Coat every egg with chocolate by dipping it with a fork and place them in a surface with parchment paper. Fridge the eggs for 30' and they're ready to serve.

NOTES
*You can choose any nut or seed butter you like best if peanut butter is not accessible.
*In case you don't have almond flour you can also use oat flour.
