Glenn Youngkin purged my Virginia voter registration in august.

I have been registered to vote since 1987 and I have voted in every election not just every four years, but every state and local election on off years, ever since. I have not done anything wrong. I am a natural born citizen, 7th generation. European ancestry. A waspy last name.

But Glenn Youngkin took my right to vote away and I had to go to the voting office and apply for my right to vote all over again.

Figures. More reason that all hispanica need to make sure they vote. Make sure to register and make sure you bring your license. Record any voter intimidation, take picture of their licenses, faces, etc and get evidence then AFTER the voting has closed, go to authorities (FBI) and file a charge.

The answer to all of this is so easy: make voting mandatory. National elections have been mandatory in Belgium since forever, one particular Sunday, and we all nag about it, but truth be told, I actually like that day because you get to see the people from around the neighborhood and you all know that you're all going to do the same thing: "vote for the good ones" 🙂
