"People don't know what they want to do because they haven't experienced enough pain." Those words have never been more true.

I’m 19 years old and I never had a job before, except for a Nannying which I don’t work every day on. I went to college right after high school, without knowing what I wanna do. I did one year, and I told them I’m not ready for school and I want to work to take care of myself then go back again when I feel ready . They’re mad at me for making this decision. They told me, I don’t need money. I’m almost 20 years old with no experience in life, and they clearly told me that I don’t need money. My issue is that, I don’t want to depend on anyone for everything. I want to be able to spend my own hard working money on what I need. When they say that I don’t need money, it’s not like they’re going to give me anything I want whenever I want it. My family wants me to become a Nurse, and that’s not what I want to do. I don’t want to live their dream, but mine.
I want to be a potter, owning my own business. What I realize is that those dreams that I have can never come to life if I’m living under their roof, because they don’t show me support on anything that I do.

My mom passed away 3 years ago due to the lack of technology, which is why since then I made up my mind to use technology to benefit more people. So Si Fu Dan, I totally agree with you! Till this day my heart aches!

It just happens in my life.
My father passed away, when I was eight.
And now, my mom is sick , and I am 19
I can't assist her financially and all I am doing is finding and trying out ways to step over this current self to the one who can do what I can't.

Yet, I just can't figure out.

I am just like a little boy lost in a dark forest.
I feel like I am powerless.
Although good people are around, people doing things dishonestly seem to have an upper hand?
And I just keep struggling one after another...

You an inspiration Dan. "Sometimes comfort may not be a good thing." To succeed in sales or life in general, we have to get comfortable being uncomfortable!

Agreed 100%. Pain does motivate us to do what is really needed. Finally determined this year after much pain and family burdens that a $35, 000 a year salary was not going to take care student loan debt, medical bills, and increased costs of living. Moving onto better prospects very soon. Hopping to triple or even quadruple my income in 2020. Don’t get stuck folks! Wake up! Time to take control of your life. Do what’s best for you and your family. Be blessed.
