When I do the SHIFT-ALT-CTRL it just prompts me to allow photoshop permission to change settings. I allow then it procedes to try and open PS giving the same errors.

Oh my God I spent all afternoon wondering what I was going to do, cleared hard drives, did all sorts of things. Turns out when I upgraded to the latest photoshop I didn't realise when creating a new document it was set to centimeters and I was trying to create a 3000 centimetre document lol. Thank God for this video :D
